Flagyl and alcohol.


Do not drink alcoholic beverages while taking Flagyl.

You may have unpleasant side effects such as:
- Warmth or redness under your skin;
- Vomiting;
- Tingly feeling;
- Nausea;
- Fast heartbeats;

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking Flagyl and for at least 3 days after you stop taking it.

The combination can cause:
- Vomiting;
- Nausea;
- Headaches;
- Flushing;
- Abdominal Cramps;

It can also change the taste of the alcoholic beverage.

Alcoholic beverages should be avoided while taking Flagyl and for at least one day afterward.
