Contraindications
Zitrotek is contraindicated if you have any of the following conditions:

- If you take antacids (Mylanta Maalox) take them 2 hours before or 4 hours after Zitrotek;
- Irregular heartbeat or heart disease;

- Liver disease;

Do not take Zitrotek with any of the following drugs:
- Warfarin;
- Phenytoin;
- Nelfinavir;
- Magnesium;
- Lincomycin;
- Dihydroergotamine or ergotamine;
- Digoxin;
- Cyclosporine;
- Antacids;
- Amiodarone;
Side Effects
Zitrotek side effects that you should report to your health care professional or doctor as soon as possible:
- Allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue;
